Mr. Pacheco, Legal Assistant and Researcher – Graduate of Montwood High School and a native of the El Paso and Ciudad Juarez community. After graduating in 2010, he attended St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Minor in Spanish Literature in 2014, Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Pacheco has extensive experience as a researcher in American Politics and public opinion. He was the recipient of the prestigious McNair Scholars grant and Mellon Fellowship. As an undergraduate, he researched under Dr. Teresa Van Hoy of St. Mary’s University and Dr. Robert Y. Shapiro of Columbia University in the City of New York. Mr. Pacheco’s interest in law began when he interned for the Texas Attorney Generals Office, Child Support Division in 2011. Mr. Pacheco has been part of the Quiñonez Law Firm since May 2016. As a legal assistant, Mr. Pacheco is in charge of case management, client and firm communication, and legal research. His philosophy is to treat every case with care, compassion and respect. Mr. Pacheco is active in the El Paso community. He volunteers as a Sunday school teacher at his local church, Vino Nuevo and holds a weekly bible study for college students. He is also an avid reader, traveler, community advocate, and New York Yankees fan.
